1. What is a proxy card?

A proxy card is a high-quality reproduction of an official trading card. It allows players to test decks, play casually, or preserve their valuable original cards while still enjoying the game.

2. Can I use a proxy card in tournaments?

No, proxy cards are not allowed in official tournaments organized by Wizards of the Coast (MTG). They are intended for casual play, testing, and fun games.

3. What is the quality of your proxy cards?

Our proxy cards are printed on high-quality cardstock with a texture and finish close to official cards. Some of our cards also feature foil effects and premium textures for an enhanced look and feel.

4. Where do you ship?

We offer international shipping. The shipping cost depends on your country and will be calculated at checkout.

5. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location. In average, 5 to 30 days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Europe : 5-12 days
  • USA/Canada : 10-30 days
  • Other countries : up to 30 days

6. What payment methods do you accept?

8. Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?

You can request modifications within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations since the order may already be in processing.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully package all orders, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, depending on the case).
